brownis Amy

Resipi
113 s salted butter
220g Baryls semi sweet choc chip
40g castor
30g brown sugar for moist
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
80g all purpose flour perfect (85g  jadi cakey)
11.5g @ 2 tsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp saly
70g semi sweet choc (tabur)

- tin 8 inci
- alas kertas
- oven 170 C- rak paling bawah
- bakar 30 + 5
- melt choc microwave 20 saat - kacau
- quickly add sugar
- pour into large bowl- allow to cool 10 minutes
- whisk egg one at a time
- whisk vanilla
- use spatula, fold flour+cocoa+salt, do not over mix
- add choc ships
